Service Agreement

1. Membership & Eligibility

Commercial entities registering on the platform are bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.
Users may not maintain multiple accounts simultaneously without authorization.
2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately.
Users remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
3. Electronic Communications
Users consent to receiving communications electronically via email and platform notifications.
Promotional and service-related communications may be sent during the membership period.
Users may opt out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe options provided.
4. Amendments to the Agreement
Lenkaate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.
5. Personal Information & Submitted Content
Users grant Lenkaate permission to use submitted information for operating, marketing, and improving services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users remain solely responsible for the content and information they submit through the website.
6. Prohibited Requests & Content
The platform does not accept requests involving:
Illegal materials or activities.
Adult or sexually explicit content.
Content harmful to sovereign states or public interests.
Religious abuse, hate content, or offensive material.
Any activity prohibited under Egyptian law.
7. User Representations & Warranties
Users confirm that:
They are at least 18 years old.
They are legally authorized to enter into transactions.
They comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
They will respect user privacy and confidentiality requirements.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, graphics, designs, logos, software, text, and digital assets are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Trademarks

11. Consumer Protection Policy
A. Design, Video & Website Services
Initial revisions are included; additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Project delivery times range from 3–30 business days depending on scope.
Full refunds are available before work begins.
Refunds after project commencement may be subject to deductions and applicable taxes.
No refunds are available after full project completion.
Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.
B. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed for the period specified on the product page.
Licenses are generally activated for one website only.
Unactivated products may be exchanged under certain conditions.
Refund requests may be accepted within two days if a product is defective or incompatible.
Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days.
12. Breach of Agreement
Lenkaate may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access if:
The agreement is violated.
User activity creates legal, operational, or reputational risks.
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.
13. Termination of Membership
Lenkaate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and website access at its sole discretion without prior notice where permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Lenkaate, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from violations of this agreement.
15. General Provisions
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless expressly authorized.
16. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
